User Reviews:
1.The car is great everything I thought my first Caddy would be. When purchasing this vechile I knew it would be great. all the Options are great and the handling is awesome. I suggest to buy it in White Diamond is a very classy color. Otherwise the only thing I didn’t like was the gas prices. If gas prices weren’t going up we would be worried about the gas.

2.After comparing Lexus, Audi, BMW and others, the Cadillac just fit our family best. I am disappointed in the very poor gas mileage. I must admit all driving thus far has been in the city, but come on, 16 MPG? Perhaps it is the AWD version that is killing the mileage.

The trunk is huge but you can’t see anything in it at night, so be sure to have flashlight handy.

Our car had some quality issues, the rear door panal was not installed properly and the seat track cover snapped off during our first drive. Other than that it is an amazing car that I love to drive. The heated steering wheel is a must on all future vehicles.

If you are thinking about a vehicle in the 40 - 50K price range, give the STS serious consideration. Plus, you will enjoy the test drive!

3.I loved this car until two months ago. I started hearing rattles and screaching sounds whenever I accelerated. Dealer mechanic said that I needed to start using premium fuel, which the dealer told me I could use regular. The noise continues even though I’ve switched to premium. The car sounds like its falling apart sometimes, and still owing over 40K for the car that’s now worth about 29K makes me sick to my stomach. I tried to give the American market a chance after coming from Volvo. What a mistake I made-I never had this problem with my S80 with over 112K miles.

4.As stated above, just took it on a long road trip. Gas milegae was good. Performance as excellent. I also have a corvette and this 6 cylynder sedan had plenty of power passing trucks, cars etc.
My wife and I love it.

“been waiting 30 yrs, to buy my first caddy after research and driving competition, srx had better ride, quieter, roomier( plenty of leg room built for americans) a,great interior, styling not a box look ( yawn/boring). good overall quality and good investment. why go foreign, most importantly american made why not support american workers and keep the money here this car supasses and match’s up with all in it’s class. and i’ve already blown out cayeene’s ,benz’,infiniti’s.lexuys’s on the highway in quiet ,smooth comfort. check this vehicle out if you worry about mileage you don’t want a luxury cross over, buy a highlander, equinox, etc, and year’s worth chiropractor visits. for those of us who like to drive on the road
it’s pure joy especially with xm radio and the bose sound system.”

BEST OF ALL, ITS A CADILLAC

I have alway been and Eldarado owner, I purchased a 07 Escalade EXT and it is the greatest, best car I ever owned including my 06 Corvette. There is not a thing I can complain about, gas shouldn’t be a question you know from the get go its not going to be like a VW for gas, but the comfort, power, class its all there, they’ve outdone thereselves with this
one mine is the White Diamond, 22″ wheels the whole load, I’m so glad I went for it, its worth everypenny.

What can I say, i love my ESV. I brought it fully loaded, 7K off and the Red Exterior w/ the Cocoa interior. I am dissapointed in the many cheap interior plastics that cant be found on the Denali but are found in the more expensive version here, but oh well. The wind noise is annoying, but oh well again. The exhaust is great to hear, but after a while, it drives me nuts on how loud it is. And the other reviewer is right, you cant hear the engine in the car, but its so loud on the outside that you can hear it down the street! The 3rd row is small, put kids there. It’s a beautiful dream truck and I love it overall. The power is incredible for anywhere, highway or city but there is a downside. It is a premium Gas truck, it SWALLOWS gas like theres no tomorrow and its a $91 fill up, so dont be surprised when the gas station attendant knows you by first name sooner or later!

“when we seen my friend stumpy wilson tow’n this beauty inta his juck yard we knew we had ta have it. It was in a wreck and it rolled over a few times but it was fixable. we took da hammers out and pounded out all da dents dat took a while. when we finished i found some bright green paint to brush on the spots where da silve paint feel off. da two tone color of silver en bright bright green looks real good almost like dem deer race cars ya see on tv all it needs is some numbers and decals on da side. We had to find two tires fer the right side cuz da one on da car were flat on da bottom only. so we found a pair off a pick’m up truck dat cept fer a little bigger tire it fit da rim now it kinda tilts ta one side. Da back side and rear winders were busted out so we had to wrap plactic wrap over da holes cause by da windows dat fell out. Da last ting we did was tie down the trunk and front bumper back up with some wire. We got in da car and fired her up it took a couple of cranks at first but after we added a quart of oil she fired right up. now we take it out we want to cruse and pick up chicks. It may tilt to one side and rattle a bit but all da chick look and point at us when we cruise. we can even put our fish’n pools in da trunk and do not have ta been or fold em.”
