Love the car, the ride is great, driving it is a pleasure and owning it even more. Sure I think it could handle better but it is a BIG car. I would not trade off the ride for some handling though*… so just remember it’s a Luxury car with some great performance.Attention to detail, overall quality, fit, and finish are all very good by any standard. The only technical short comming is the lack of a 6 speed transmision in this price range car. Overall, I prefer the front wheel drive, which is best for 99.99% of real world driving.

The 2008 DTS is a 4-door, up to 6-passenger luxury sedan, available in 5 trims, ranging from the V8 to the Performance.

Upon introduction, the V8 is equipped with a standard 4.6-liter, V8, 275-horsepower engine that achieves 15-mpg in the city and 23-mpg on the highway. The Performance is equipped with a standard 4.6-liter, V8, 292-horsepower engine that achieves 15-mpg in the city and 22-mpg on the highway. A 4-speed automatic transmission with overdrive is standard on both trims.

The 2008 DTS is a carryover from 2007.
